App fail
Got a SMS saying the app was updated and ready. It’s not. Massive fail. There is no new app, just a 3 page infographic.

Email said App was fixed. Even gave us $3.00 of free points! Redownloaded the app. Does nothing. Just marketing info. Nowhere to sign in, can’t see my points. As at 07 April 2026, It’s pretty much useless!

New reloaded app does not work at all. Just displays “features “ of the app.
Not receiving code to my email
I got an email informing me the app was back and offering me bonus points, so I tried to log in. It kept telling me my password was incorrect, so I clicked on “forgot password”. Created a new one. Was told to check my emails for a code. It never arrived. Checked spam. Not there. Got a text message next day with the same offer. Went through it all again. The code is not arriving in my email inbox. I give up.

New update still broken
I’ve just updated the latest app and it still doesn’t work.
Terrible experience. Please kills this app now.
The only thing worse than this app is the website for these brands. Logins don’t work, got a password reset after a year and only works on app. Nothing loads. Waste of time.
Not working for months
Have accumulated a decent amount of points. Every time I go through celebrations I have to give them my mobile number to gain the points but cannot access anything in the app to allow me to use them. Has been about 3 months now and it remains the same. Just want to get me a free carton on the points I worked hard for 🤧

Scam worthy of the accc
Offers cheaper prices in store but the app doesn’t work. Guy at the shop tried my number, didn’t work either

Never seems to work properly, can’t change personal information, does not link up with the store if doing a click n collect order to use points, does not scan in store.. that app does not work so nothing displays even after updating multiple times!
Whoever developed this useless app should be sacked! Clearly they have no idea on what they’re doing!! Support when contacted either have no idea or simply no response. -5 out of 10! Absolute rubbish!

Current model android phone, and the app just doesn’t work. Simple. Tried to put it on an iPad, and it took details etc. Therefore registered, but phone app still doesn’t recognise details. Accepts password then goes on endless waiting period…..needs work on app obviously for android
