Navigation is a PAIN!
trying to search open reservations for tastings is almost impossible without wanting to throw the phone out the window. why is there no back button to go back ONE page? instead the "back" button takes you to the home page and you have to start your search again from scratch!!! why isn't the most important detail on the winery's profile page? how much is each tasting? why do I need to make a reservation to see pricing if that's the main criteria for my search? why is there no map so I can SEE the area that I'm in so I can base my choices by LOCATION!???? This app is garbage. It's better just to use Google maps and call places yourself.

Napa use
We went to Napa in February- when I bought 2 cellar passes I had difficulty activating the passes. When I went to schedule events the software said my password was not valid. I called tech support and left messages- no call backs. I set up a visit at William Hill - told them I have printed cellar passes. They were both in my name- the winery said had to have 2 different names. They were not familiar with cellar pass program but did comp our tasting.
I paid $ 250 for the 2 passes and got in one tasting. Did not have the other names of wineries cellar pass partnered with. A totally bad experience.
No live personnel to handle any issues. We have belonged to wineries in Napa and Sonoma and wanted to expand our experiences- we have belonged to wineries for over 18 years. Again Cellar Pass did not deliver- should refund the money for this service.

Best app for ticketed events!
We host small to large events and this app makes it really easy to check in guests, look up guests (when they forget their TIX) and check my total check-ins.
We can also use multiple devices as they talk to each other instantly when a guest’s TIX is scanned at another entrance. This allowed us to catch someone printing multiple copies of tickets and trying to get in for free.
