The on-device Maturity Engine reads the wine's archetype, vintage quality, your storage conditions, and your tasting history to produce a confidence-rated estimate. Built-in GDPR controls: export your full cellar — including label photos — as a portable JSON archive at any time, and one tap permanently wipes every byte from your device.
