Literally the worst app ever
This is so bad. I am supposed to use it to open and close our automated gate. It is not intuitive at all. Half of the time it doesn’t work. Literally, so bad.
Old and dated software
This software is not user friendly and it’s so outdated and OLD! The programming isn’t automated. You have to figure out what works and what doesn’t by programming it in and waiting for it to play out. It feels like it was developed in 2010 and hasn’t been updated since.
Please update
This app is in desperate need of an update. The UI is awful and it lacks functionality compared to most of the other competitors I’ve looked at. It looks and functions like it was built by a student as as a class project.
Buggy
You can never guarantee when this app will work. It’s been working fine and suddenly today (with no settings changed) it does not, also tested from another device with the same issue

Too Technical 4 Ordinary User
Recently had Cellcom Prime installed at our acreage, had to call Installer twice already for advise. Cellcom Prime App is too technical and user friendly for the ordinary user.
Example: When wanting to know Gate Status, instead of saying Gate is Open or Gate is Closed, the text now reads"OPEN Relay 1 = off Relay 2 = off (Gate is Closed) & "OPEN Relay 1 = off Relay 2 = on (Gate is Open).
I believe this App could be more user friendly for the Ordinary User.
