Complete scam and waste of money makes it impossible to register your device. The app does not function and neither does the website or any way to contact them

When you register after purchase, you have to submit all of the information including a copy of the receipt where it was purchased. You would think after having done all this and having to download their completely useless app, you would not need all this info a second time. I have no clue where my receipt is. Additionally, it’s $10 to replace this crappy $50 protector. I’m better off to buy the cheap ones from Amazon since the quality is clearly no better.

Very Problematic, there is NO reason to install an app for a warranty registration.

This app should be reported
You have to set the date and take a picture of the receipt to complete the warranty registration,. The app won’t allow you to set the correct date and take the picture so you can’t register and the company is off the hook for providing their warranty. I can’t believe a company such as this does not know that their app is glitchy. I almost feel this is intentional. They should be reported to consumer affairs.

App is Terrible and will not let you complete for the warranty
The reason the company can offer a great warranty is the app doesn’t allow you to complete registration. I got to the picture and date of purchase screen. The picture was easy but I could not enter the date! Therefore I did not finish the registration.

This app is designed to NOT let you register your iPad. It has a 24 hour wait time that resets to start over if the iPad goes to sleep or you set it to run in the background. If I had known this I would never have bought it.
Broken code
Is this a joke? Website tells me to download the app, the app will not let me select input boxes to register data, clearly bad coding.

Well. Let this be a lesson that I learned the hard way too. This product is both garbage and a scam. Luckily i’m not learning this before my screen was broken so now I know to buy REAL protection. My product won’t even let me register it says it’s an invalid pin but the pin km entering is from the package.

Poor experience
App didn’t let me set the date of purchase. Who knows if it will work. Can’t fathom why installing an app is required to make a warranty valid. For all of you in California, pretty sure they aren’t allowed to require registration for warranty validity

Terrible app!!
For the money you spend and the warranty they offer you’d think they could create an app that actually functions! It constantly locks me out because you can’t enter the correct date which leads to me not being able to register my warranty. Please get rid of the app and create a functional link on your website!

App is horrible
This app is horrible for registration. I let me enter my pin code and take a picture of my receipt then it said my pin would be activated in 24 hours. It goes into a counter at this point. When that’s finished in 24 hours you have no way of knowing if your registered, since I never even had a chance to enter any personal information.

Garbage app
The product seems to work well enough although nothing crazy has happened to the screen yet. However, the app is worthless and the company is just trying to pretend they care enough to offer a warranty. Save the time and trouble, buy a life proof case
Misleading
Complete rip off. They market this as protection and don’t tell you it is only good for 12 months. Wife teaches and a student dropped her phone cracking the screen 16 months after we purchased it with Cell Helmet. They denied the claim and said coverage only good for 12 months. Don’t waste your money, get an Otterbox Defender instead
