Another app that does not allow visually impaired students to access
This app could easily have been accessible to visually impaired students through voice over if the text was not incorporated into a picture. All of the apps by kids discovery are like this. I would like to use this for my seventh grade science class as my teacher wanted me to use it but I cannot read anything on it because of how the app is set up. Very frustrating! I wish I could access it like everyone else. Please look into changing the layout.

Right on line with my 5th graders science class
This app was a perfect visual compliment to what my 5th grader was studying on cells in his science class. We found it a very helpful study tool.

Not helpful for 7th grade biology
Was looking for interesting video or graphics on, let's say the step by step of mitosis and meiosis, for 7th grader. The pictures are nice, but no audio and no step by step captions.

This app is just wonderful. It makes learning fun and exciting rather than boring with text and just pictures. Its text is simple and easy to read and understand and is short and crisp. The idea of putting in interactive diagrams is fabulous. This is perfect for middle school and high school students. I bought my iPad for studying and apps like this just make it possible! Keep up the work!

Getting granular, but smaller
Cells provides an amazing description of the building blocks of everything that's alive. Illustrated and written in the Kids Discover style, it's educational and fascinating for "kids of all ages". I highly recommend it.
Wonderful app
It takes you inside cells and blood vessels ( no tv gore) and you feel how the body works. Amazing explanations that kids can understand and thanks to the illustrations they'll remember
