Can’t update credit card
You caused me to go overdue on my bill because I updated my autopay card through your app last month but it does not save the new card information. I got contacted by phone that I was past due. Had to use the web site on a computer to update and save the new card.
App not working after update
Since the latest update it keeps popping up that’s it’s not compatible needs to update. The app has been updated. So I deleted it and reinstalled it but it still says not compatible. What was the purpose of the update it was working fine until now.
Can’t update/use
I have an iPhone and have used the app for years. No it says to update then now says incompatible ? Wait what?!!!

Change it back
The new login page look good but I don’t like that I have to click on each account to see what I owe and can’t just pay them combined like before. There are less features now. Put it back line it was!
No problems
Update 5-7-21 It’s working great now. Had to delete the app and reload it. All is well on the Southern front.

Needs updates!
The app needs to store credit cards so you can pay faster. Every single time I have to pull out my card to pay. No other company is this behind in any of my other bills. Please update this system.
Can’t update/change my debit card
I love this app, only one problem I’m having is I can’t change my debit card info. I click the update button but no way to save your new card info. So every single month I have to erase the card that’s in there and put in my new one. Pain in the rear!
Used for 3 years
This app worked perfect on the two different iPhones I’ve had over the last 3 years.
Can’t log in
I was logged in to the app on my old phone & the app worked completely fine. I got a new phone & downloaded the app but it continues to telll me my user ID or password are not correct when I know for a fact they are. Ive even tried clicking on the button that says forgot password to try resetting it. It asks me to put in the last 4 digits of the phone number on file but no matter what number I put in it says they’re all wrong

Good app
Works great. My only complaint is it does not retain credit card info for paying the bill.
