Easy to report my outage without having to call in.
Update has glitches
The new update changed the look and feel of the app, but it won’t let me set up my account. When I try to put in my account information it says that it is already registered under “home”. When I click on home there is no account information or any way to report an outage.
New Version 1.2.5
Allowed the upgrade on my IPad. I would very much like to go back to earlier version. Not very friendly and missing some of old features. My phone still has old version and I will not update the App. Removed new version from my IPad as it is now useless in my opinion.
Love this App
This had been the most amazing way to report outages. It keeps you up to date on the progress to getting your power back on and the Carroll EMC crew restores power so promptly.
