Konto kann nicht Gelöscht werden
Leider kann ich mein Konto bei ihnen nicht in der App löschen, aber eröffnen. Ich rate von diesem Fahrstrom Anbieter ab. Da die KWh Preise bei Allego unverhältnismäßig hoch sind

Bitte installiere die neueste, komplett überarbeitete Version; für das Löschen deines Kontos brauchen wir zur richtigen Unterstützung ein paar Details, daher kontaktiere uns bitte unter info@lastmilesolutions.com oder nutze die Option "Feedback" auf der Kontoseite in der App. Tarife legt nicht Last Mile Solutions fest, sondern dein Anbieter und der jeweilige Stationsbetreiber; wir haben aber viel verbessert, um Preise transparenter darzustellen, und bei Fragen zu deinem Tarifplan hilft dir am besten dein Anbieter. — Team Last Mile Solutions
UI needs improvement.
The overall experience and user feel is not good enough. No ergonomic enough to launch charging sessions quickly.
The app should include shortcuts supports in iOS to automate things like launching charging sessions. Scenarios etc…
Doing it now is a painful process since I have to go to previous sessions, to find the ID of my charging station, click on and then start the charging.

Update amper
Ik kan mijn laadgeschiedenis van 3 dagen geleden nog niet zien+ blijft zeggen dat de laadpaal er niet is in app terwijl ik al 20x heb opgeladen daar
Unreliable app and impossible to stop charging
When I left the charging station I realised they were still charging me. There is a function in the app to stop the charging from a distance… yet it just does not work. Had to pay 18euro extra. Not a relatable app and client customer service does never answer.

L’application n’est pas fiable. Indique des bornes comme disponibles des alors qu’elles sont inexistantes ou occupées!
Buggy despite phenomenal upgrade
Unusable at the time of writing. Reason: "No Internet". By posting this review, I can prove that my connection is up.
The good: A long-awaited app upgrade with proper UI design.
The bad: Bugs that makes me think that the pressure for releasing the upgrade has been rushed at the expense of usability.
Conclusion: Install at your own risk.

Cette nouvelle version est inutilisable
L’esthétique a été rafraîchie, de nouvelles fonctionnalités ont été ajoutées mais l’appli plante quasi systématiquement

Was al verschrikkelijk traag en de laatste update maakt hem nu compleet onbruikbaar
Update fondamental qui rend l’app inutilisable
Suite au dernier update qui avait l’air sympa de prime abord… l’app est devenue inutilisable.
La vue par carte est lente, tellement lente qu’elle est impossible à utiliser.
Par ailleurs, la vue sur les coûts s’est améliorée fortement. Dommage qu’on ne voit plus le coût par kWh, mais uniquement le coût total des kWh.

De app die veel beter had mogen zijn
-op de kaart kan je niet zoomen of pannen

-inconsistentie van aanwezigheid opladers (beschikbaarheid, ..)

Duidelijke bug in de manier waarop de app vernieuwd werd. Opstart van de app (home scherm) is super traag.

Wellicht nog tragere werking dan voor deze recente update. Kaartfunctie verloopt stroef of blokkeert.

Des heures pour rafraîchir une page, utilisation peu intuitive et informations souvent erronées (point de charge libre alors qu’il est occupé ou l’inverse)

- quid eigen prijszetting beheren
- kaarten worden niet herkend
- eigen laadpaal niet zichtbaar op kaart, ook al werd die opengesteld voor betalende bezoekers

Erg traag. Duurt een eeuwigheid om een laadpunt te vinden (iPhone) Eens gevonden wel duidelijke info over de laadpaal. Zoomt soms volledig uit tot overzicht van de wereld.

Works perfectly. You can find a charging station and its availability while driving around then press go by Waze. Also you can start and stop the transaction with your phone when charging at home.
Great app
Handige app om een laadpaal in de buurt te vinden.
