About

Censorly is a redaction app that permanently destroys sensitive data in your photos and PDFs before you share them. Censorly automatically finds text and faces in your document and places a tappable box over each one. Tap to redact, tap again to undo, all before you export. Applying black boxes or markers over confidential data is not protecting it. Popular redaction methods fail silently: black boxes that can be removed, or text that was never truly erased. Most people never find out their private information was exposed until it is too late. Censorly fixes all of this automatically. Censorly permanently destroys the pixels underneath every redaction. It does not cover, layer, or filter. It erases. When you export, what was there is gone. The text cannot be copied. The image cannot be un-blurred. The metadata cannot be read. What Censorly does: Redact photos of IDs, passports, bank statements, medical records, contracts, invoices, tax forms, or any document before sharing it. Works on both images and PDFs, page by page. Automatically detects and redacts faces, too. Why Censorly is safer: Pixels are permanently overwritten, not layered over Metadata is stripped from every exported file, removing GPS data, device info, and other hidden data 100% offline — your documents never leave your device No account required, no subscription, no cloud Redaction styles Choose Black Box, White Box, Blur, or a REDACTED stamp. Each one permanently destroys the underlying content. One-time unlock Unlock unlimited use with a single one-time payment. No subscription, ever.
