I was not receiving my coins that I had sent to the wallet. I have tried to reset my wallet with seed phrase. Don’t know where to ask for help. Lost all my coins.

Dysfunctional
They disable the withdrawing to your bank account feature so that you can’t take out your funds. This happens to myself and everyone else I know using the app. Then they enable the withdrawing feature again when the price drops substantially. Horrible and unethical application. Withholding my funds.

Not Safe!
Why did my funds disappeared? Who had access to my wallet from your team? These are some of the ?’s I asked and no response so far. Why were my funds not secure thru app? CentBee failed to protect my funds and now I have lost with no help on their end. I will follow up with whatever resources and actions I may need to hold CentBee accountable for this.
Update: After experiencing a very scary moment for anyone that sees there account go to ZERO, they were able to fix whatever issue they were having on their end. Not fun and def not feeling safe storing anything in this wallet anymore.
