Terrible app and terrible bank

This app is so unreliable and crashes a lot. Again, I can’t seem to receive any OTP codes and it requires me to verify my number which requires a verification code to be sent first to my phone number. This verification code shows it’s been sent to my number as per the system respond however it keeps timing out with no code sent. I have tried it all. I have raised this matter daily with the diaspora contact but she stopped responding to my emails. The bank overall is very un responsive and do not even care to respond. Essentially I have money locked on an account I CANNOT access as a customer for 3 weeks now with no help or response from a recognised bank- is this a legit way for a bank to operate?

What happened to the app?? It doesn’t function at all. No communication from the team managing this department, how expect us in the USA to make any school fees transactions???
