Apple Health integration?
Am I missing how to connect Apple’s Health app integration on macOS? How can I do it? If it’s not a part of the app, can you add it?
All it is nothing else
Center is an app. Free. Free not “free.” It is a timer for meditation. Logs the Mindfulness minutes in app and the Health app. Only that. It is immaculate.
Opening the app is already meditating
I remember trying a bunch of app and the worst was Insights (or a similar name). You would log in and feel almost instantly overwhelmed and distracted by all the stuff you could click, all the different teachers, the meditation you could listen to, etc.
This app is perfect. You open the app and you feel a sense of calm and focus. I just want to sit in silence, time it, follow the streak. This one does just that.

End timer broken half the time
It would be a great app except that the end of the timer doesn't fire half of the time at random, making it unusable

Don’t need fancy apps
If you’ve played the Headspace / Insight Timer / Calm app ecosystem before, you realize that meditation is simpler than they make it to be. This app is seriously all I needed all this time. And it’s free. Donations to support!
Perfect for unguided meditation
Perfect app. Great job!! There’s a bug where the chime didn’t ring every min if I set the custom time to 1 min. In a 5 min session I expected to hear it every min but I heard it only after the first min was up. Not after. Except for this bug, this is perfect for my needs.
Perfect. Like Insight Timer but no bloat.
This is perfect. Exactly what I need, with no distractions. Just how Insight Timer used to be in the good old days many years ago before it got flooded with a huge amount of bloat.

Kostenlos, keine Werbung oder Datenerfassung. Das ist heutzutage immer schwerer zu finden.
Man hat eine gute Auswahl an Klängen und auch die sonstigen Einstellungen sind gut.
Nervig finde ich nur den komischen Ton mit dem jede Meditation eingeleitet wird. Diesen kann man leider nicht deaktivieren oder verändern.
Für mich persönlich wäre es auch etwas besser wenn ich die Meditation minutenweise und nicht in 5 Minuten-Schritten einstellen könnte.
Ansonsten, wie gesagt, eine sehr schöne App. Liebevoll entwickelt, schlicht und benutzerfreundlich.

great app
simple and does what you need it to do
Almost perfect, worth a donation
This app is almost the perfect meditation app. It simply does the job without requiring an account, without data tracking, without any ads. There are a couple bugs/quirks, like the chime not playing when the phone is in silent mode, but that may just be a limitation with iOS development and is completely manageable. Be mindful of your phone’s state and the app works great!

Thank you for the thoughtful review and support. Silent mode is not intended to prevent Center’s chime, in-fact the app is designed to play your selected completion sound even when the device is muted. I’ve improved that functionality in the upcoming 2.3.2 update, including when the screen is off, and Center will point you to the relevant setting if it blocks the chime. Please try it after updating at that time, and contact me through the app if the problem persists.
Doesn’t work on watch
The app looks nice, unfortunately it doesn’t work on my watch. I start a meditation, look at my watch later and it’s on the Home Screen. I open the app again and it offers me the option to start a meditation.

Love this app. Simple, quick and easy to use like it should be. Would like to have a counting up timer, like a stopwatch, for times when I don’t want a set time but to see how long I can last.
