Garbage app
I hate this app. It’s garbage. It’s 2025. FIX YOUR APP. You will waste so much time trying clock in and out. It will randomly log you out.
Recent update needs adjusting
I just noticed that there’s been an update. Looks like the fonts on the app were enlarged, but not the boxes they are put into, so Now when I go to enter time, the time numbers that are 4 digits don’t fully display. Either return the fonts to their previous size or enlarge the boxes they are displayed in. That, and I don’t like how the total number of hours for the day (when adding time) is now such a faint gray that it’s hard to read was not an improvement. It’s now so faint that it Took me two minutes to figure out where the day’s total was displayed. Please don’t try to fix what isn’t broken and then make it worse than it was before.

I hate this app
Forced to use this app for work. Sometimes I have to try to clock in twenty times before it will connect. It works intermittently. It’s an annoying, frustrating, time consuming pain in the ….if I get to work on time, I know I will have to waste five mins trying to clock in. And when I leave, five more mins trying to clock out. It’s ridiculous. Create a product that actually works.

App won’t open or let me clock out
I’ve attempted to power off my phone multiple times. There’s no updates that are needed. I’ve tried turning off my Wi-Fi. I’ve tried it all and for some reason my app is still not working. It took me 20 minutes to be able to clock in this morning. But then I couldn’t even open the app to clock out later. And if the app is working and I’m able to open it, it’s saying that the server is unable to let me clock out. Even though I’m in the boundary lines and in the circle for my company to allow me to clock out. It’s beyond frustrating how many times this happens throughout the year. Not sure what the deal is. I don’t know if it’s a bug that needs to be fixed or if it’s my phone itself, but it’s getting really frustrating. I’ve had this app for now four years and throughout the four years it has just been a pain in my rear end.

My department just started this app and I am excited to try it out.
Subpar performance
At its core this app does what it needs to do; clock you in and out. What I’m not very keen on is the performance of the app. Too often I open the app and it’s loading…loading…and keeps loading. Generally several app restarts are needed for it to finally pull up the clock in/out screen. Another performance related issue I experience is constant hanging when clocking in/out. I’ll tap the button and the app will hang for 10-30 seconds before opening another prompt and then finally going through with the action. Some work is certainly needed on app performance.

App Login Issues
It was easy to register online and get my account up and running. However, when I downloaded the app and typed in the same credentials it keeps giving me an “error” message and saying I need to register online. Although I’ve already done so.
Error message
This app is frustrating!!! The last two mornings I have clocked in late because I kept getting an error message every time I would try to clock in. I even restarted my computer. I am not happy with this app.
User friendly
I am a Red Wing Software employee and use this app myself on a regular basis. This app works great. It is simple and easy to use when I need to enter in my hours or request time off.
Makes clocking in easy on my phone
I use CenterPoint Time Clock to record my time at work. The App works great to clock in and out and request time off from my phone. I used to have to go to the website, but app makes it so much easier.
Makes time entry easy
I’m a salaried employee so I don’t need to enter hours worked, but this app is great because it allows me to request time off right from my phone. It’s very easy to use.

Lacks basic options
This app has an easy clock in and clock out feature, and that’s fine for the person who never forgets to clock in and out. But woe to the person who clicks in in the morning and then forgets to clock out for lunch! You can’t enter a stand-alone in or out time after the fact; you have to enter an in and out time as a set. So for the scenario above, you’ll first have to go delete the clock-in time you entered at the start of your work day and then enter both an in and an out time for that first segment of your shift. They need to offer the option to enter just one after-the-fact clock entry by itself, without having to delete and re-enter that first clock-in.
