Useful sound panel
Stutters and delays playing own sounds
Great app that stopped working
Cannot overlap sounds
caveat emptor
Response from developer
The audio import function will import a song from your music library. Update to the latest version of the app and try again. When prompted, give the app access to the Music Library (or Media and Apple Music). You will then be able to select a song from your library and assign to the custom button. If you're not prompted for access, go to iOS Settings under Privacy and enable access there.

Great soundboard app!
Great app and great service!
Issues
Response from developer
In later versions, support was added to detect a URL even if it wasn't an actual link. Please try with latest version. Regarding sound size. The app is designed to play sounds instantly and in order to achieve this sounds have to be preloaded. Due to memory constrains, there had to be a size limit. If you want to play full songs, you can use the Expanded Media option to load songs from your Music library. Those don't have a size limit and are not preloaded.
Stopped working
Response from developer
Please try with latest version and make sure the volume is turned up and device is not in silent mode. A lot of fixes since then so hopefully the latest version works for you.
Has potential
Response from developer
Please try the latest version. There have been lots of fixes and improvements since then, including a volume control was added in the app. If you're looking for playing more than just one song, you may want to try one of my other apps, Platinum Music Player. It can play or shuffle a playlist or play all songs by one artist (through the search feature).
This is the tool for radio show professionals!
Most customizable of all...
Cons: Your sound clips have to be ridiculously short (can't use it to trigger a song or long spiel), the file transfer system isn't the most friendly of them all (You'll need at least a C+ in computer efficiency) and unlike other sound board apps, you can't load directly from your iPod app (all your soundbites have to be in .wav format - use iTunes to convert).
All in all I gave it 4 stars but mostly because I'm good with computers and could figure it all out. It's certainly the best of what's available. I hope in future updates they allow iPod transfers or at least let us transfer longer (higher quality) sounds.
Awesome app - and only 99c!
The developer is really responsive to emails. He replied within a day to several of my requests and questions.
Great value - especially for less than a buck!
Pretty Neat
There are quite a few soundboard apps out there ranging from fart sounds to game show sounds. Sure they are neat and funnyโฆbut the entertainment didn't last very long for me. Many of these apps restrict you to the sounds provided with the app. Some allow you to record your own sounds using the device (iPad / iPhone / iPod). This app also allows you to record your own sounds. What sets it apart is the ability to upload my own sounds and icons via iTunes and change them whenever I want.
As far as sound goes, the provided sounds are ok. Yes, they are of the generic category (the quality of sound is good on my iPad) but I didn't get the app for these sounds. I got it so I can put my own in. I have been able to put my own files on easily with the instructions provided and they sound great. Works as advertised which is always a plus.
My only wish is that the developer continues to work on the app in order to provide additional functionality (for me - yeah selfish - I'd like to see a future option to play different file formats). Overall, I like the app. I can see it costing more than the current $.99 price tag but like most consumersโฆI prefer the $.99 category of pricing.
Nice update
The copy/paste and file uploading from iTunes really is a nice improvement. Adding new sounds and icons is a lot easier now.
The sound quality is great and I was really surprised how good the recording is on the iPad with the built-in microphone.
I haven't played with the timers yet so I don't know how good this is, but the interface seems easy to use.
