DOCUMENTS IN CUSTODY • Every title paper Sale Deed, Encumbrance Certificate, Pattadar Passbook, tax records and more held in encrypted digital custody, organized by category. • Preview and retrieve your originals whenever you need them. • Hold multiple parcels, each kept separate, and move between them. VERIFIED, BY PEOPLE • Each record is checked by hand and carried through a clear status: To Receive, Received, Under Review, Verified, or Issue Flagged. • When something needs your attention, you see exactly why and can supply the corrected document in a tap. THE FIRM'S POSITION • A property score and a market-value summary, with year-on-year movement the firm's standing view of your asset.
