What is the point of booking?
Why would you add a booking option but then whenever I try to book a taxi through the app, it says “pickup locations are not yet supported”. Why launch? Why even bother having an app!?

Absolutely dismal. Hours of wait, no-show, rude, defensive, careless service from the call centre. Only once did I get a lift and the car absolutely stank of cigarette smoke and who-knows-what. We need an ambitious competitor to shake things up here.

Terrible interface
App has option to select a cab model, but no option to blacklist models. My mother is incapable of getting into a Maxi even with the support steps, and she had to make an actual call in order to have her blacklist noted.
Total waste of time
They grab your personal information and leave you hanging. You may as well wait for a pigeon to tell you when your cab might arrive. Not to mention an absolute rubbish UI.
Useless app. Don't bother downloading
Downloaded to book a taxi in advance for a pick-up at train station, was later told over the phone that I'd just have to wait because all the cabs were "busy".

App needs and overhaul
One of the worst apps I have ever used. Not user friendly - incorrectly determined pick-up location; hard to adjust to right pickup. Said 4 mins for pick up - still waiting after 30 mins; didn’t ask for a destination. Wanted my credit card details before I could go further. No updates on pick up time.

Unresolved Bugs
I continue to get XML errors with unknown root causes when booking a taxi. Logout/login or re-installation doesn't resolve them.
Don't download this app
10 minutes before pickup, status of cab from was changed from pending to cancelled, and it never showed up! Rang CC Taxis and they said it was on the way. I waited a bit longer and It still didn't arrive! They have lost my business forever. 0 star rating
Terms and conditions
When you use the app for the first time, it displays a warning that it should not be trusted to do what it promises to do. No idea why they even bothered creating an app.
Does not work
Worked great first time after that could not log in. Tried multiple times. Needs an update to fix bugs
