Updated app hard to use
The older version of the power outage section was great. You could locate town and then street. The new version makes you scroll and then still cannot locate.
Horrible company
Inflated prices. Greedy. Will disconnect you with no notice. I can’t stand dealing with them. Maine needs a better competing company.

Nice but stupid
The changes to the app look good and the addition of the energy usage is nice but totally useless. Seeing the high lower of your energy usage is not helpful. It would nice to see total consumption. When I look at my usage for any day I can’t get the total energy consumed for the day. Just stupid.
