This is very easy to use when reporting an outage. I like seeing all the counties and towns that have lost power. Making a payment is easy too!
Only thing
The only thing good about CMP atm is the app has no issues except doesn’t update for about three to four days
Energy Management
The dashboard does not populate annual data usage. I can see individual months, but the entire year of data comes up a 0 kWh
Nowhere else can you pay for overpriced electricity easier

CMP sucks
The app is just as bad as the company. During the last outage the app never changed from “identifying” throughout the whole outage. 12 hours after power restoration the app still indicated power was, text message alerts were sent as well indicating power still out with a distant restoration time, then a few minutes later another text indicating power was restored. CMP is a terrible company. They have insanely high rates. Since moving to Maine I pay double in my 1200sqft double wide trailer than I did in NH for a 2000+sqft home with 2 car detached garage and in-ground pool running 24/7. It makes no sense!

Excellent app! Easy to use, reliable, and makes it simple to manage my account, pay bills, and track my electricity usage. Everything works smoothly. Highly recommended!
Not great
The app is slow and clunky. Keeps triggering my anti-virus software. Hard to navigate through all the pages to view the current usage. I can only imagine how difficult it would be for the elderly community to use within the state that has one of the oldest populations.
Please stop asking me to review the app
In my ideal The State, electricity generation and transmission would be taxpayer-owned and not a profit playground.
