Some features don’t work well
I rarely have an easy time paying bills via this app. I always get error pages or “session timeout” pages. Additionally, I will try and open up other features, such as past deposited checks, and the app will repeatedly make me sign in again. However, money transfers and looking at transactions has never been an issue.

No better bank in Texas!
I have never been affiliated with a bank that cares so much for their customers on a personal level. They are constantly looking for ways to improve their service to their customers while also protecting them. They have a host of products that put them years ahead of other local banks. They are up to date with technology and this app and Apple Pay are a great example of how much they care about the customer experience. I love CNB.
