Used to be good but out of date now

The sites need to be updated. And the functions no longer seem to work. Too bad. It was a good app before.

Stopped working

Was useful then stopped working on iPhone 6S+. Multiple downloads failed to fix. Useless now.

Don’t get this All it does is ask you to install other apps

Nah

Doesn’t do anything

Incompatible with iPod Touch 5

This app used to work fine, except for this Nov 09, 2016 update (v3.0). Cannot delete v3.0 from the list of the updates waiting to be downloaded and installed. It says: "Incompatible with this iPod".

Update on iphone5 HORRIBLE

Fails on iPhone 5 with iOS 10

Crippled from working on iPhone 5 even though using the latest iOS 10.

If you could make it 3D it Would be much better.

Fantastic!

This is a terrific app for those who want to find their way around Central Park and not miss a thing! Very easy to navigate ...I'm so glad I found it as I will be visiting NY and this app will be very useful.

Very useful

This basic app came in very handy for tracking down the spots in the park we most wanted to see. As a map, it's very basic, so don't expect turn-by-turn directions or anything like that. Everything else was great, though, from showing where POI are, to the information about them, to the SOS feature showing where water fountains and bathrooms are. This app won't hold your hand, but I definitely recommend it.

Works well

Good basic mapping of the park. No need for a paid app, this works just fine.

Good Basic App

Good map, good information in the pop-ups.

Wish it would tell you how to get from where you are to a selected location you are trying to get to.

Would also be useful if it would give you to option of "Heads-up" navigation, in other words oriented itself to the direction you were walking. Very often we found ourselves walking to opposite way we intended.

Still overall a good app.

Great App!!!

What a great application for learning your way around central park. I love the option that allows for additional information. I will definitely make use of the many features. This will really make strolling around central park quite a learning experience (and a LOT of fun!).

Map is Unusable

Don't waste the $3 on this. First, the gps locator kept telling me I was not in Central Park, quite contrary to where I actually was. Second, the map was useless whenever I tried to expand it - scrolling the expanded map rendered it unusable. Maybe it needs to be upgraded to be compliant with 4.0, but for me, it will be too late - I'll try it again next time I am in NYC.

Good App

It's nice and clear Central Park Map. Unfortunately, for now it does not support iOS4. It starts fine but is literally unusable. Looking forward for the update.
Again, people, why do you complain about paying for the app on your iPad??? Overall, it's a separate device. I am sure you do not complain when you buy a console/PC game but do not get a mobile version of it for free...

Beautiful

This is a beautiful app. The map is just great, and almost everything can be tapped on to get information about that spot! There is info even if you are not online -- but if you are, then each point of interest has a button connecting you to even more online information. Cool. It's particularly great that they have the locations of bathrooms, drinking fountains and food -- I just tap the SOS button, and there it all is. It's there when I want it and not there when I don't.

Not Hybrid?

I can't believe that they did not turn this App into a hybrid app!
Instead they released a SEPARATE hybrid app, so if iPad owners who already own this want the high-resolution version, we're forced to purchase it again.

That said. It's pretty good. The maps are clear and easy to navigate.
I wish it had a bit more detailed info, such as water fountain locations.
AND the ability to toggle things on and off, such as the statues.
