Can’t get app to work

The supposed upgrade to fiber has been awful. The app never works, which leaves the WiFi on all night defeating the purpose of limiting it for the kids. I wish I could go back to the old system, or that their was another service provider in rural Utah

The app is worse than the service.

Almost never works. Can’t turn devices on or off when I need to.

App is terrible

The UI is unfriendly and not easy to use. Fix this! App always gives me errors saying the app doesn’t work. If you’re going to be an ISP you better have an app that works flawlessly. Not impressed with the app or ISP service this far.

It gives me the circle

When I need to turn off my kid’s devices it gives me the circle of death, so to speak and the says the app is not available at this time and try again later. So my kids are on their devices practically all night. This is not good business!!!
