Kept receiving an error that my credentials were incorrect even though I had my password saved. I reset my password multiple times and would receive the same error. Deleted the app and redownloaded it and it finally worked. Being that they changed the rules for communication not having access to the app was very frustrating. Additionally no fill in depth notes can be viewed on the app so you'll have to request records if you would like to see the full documentation of what has been worked on daily with your child.
