The company’s website frequently throws errors when trying to log in. When it does work, the available features are minimal and not very helpful.
What’s most frustrating is that, in practice, the service operates entirely by phone. Any request or change requires calling, which is completely out of step with today’s standards - especially for an internet provider.

App opens but features not working
I am able to login my account but Network Devices People Services menus haven’t been working for more than 4 months. Is there anybody can update the application?
Centric is HORRIBLE
The app never works. I get an error message every time I try to do anything in the app. The app is more spotty than the internet service itself. If you have other options please get a different provider. Unfortunately this was the only option available in my neighborhood.
App Sucks
App never works. It’s just a blank page or I get a “there was a delay, please try again”. Your web access log in is different so I can’t even access it online.
App never works
Every time I open the app after uninstall and reinstall I get the annoying “there’s a delay please try again later” message. Been like this for months. Can’t see anything can’t move anything app is trash.
Needs a serious update
App has no functions available whatsoever.
Garbage app
This app literally never works. Just like their fiber service. Only reason I'm still paying for this garbage is nothing else is available in my neighborhood yet.

I just updated the app and it has not worked for me at all. Keeps saying there is a delay. Please fix.

This app never works. I never see anything other than an error message. It just wastes space on my phone.
You can tell it’s a regional provider
Log into web site fine. All it gives you is your balance. Try their newly “updated” app and get the same login error that the old app gave. Time to look for a new provider.

Network is always out
For $60/month it is not worth it. There’s always an outage.
Constant service outages.
We’ve been using the service for a couple of months now and there have been multiple hours long service outages. Not the very best if being honest.
Terrible app
I am surprised by the amount of good reviews, in my case it does not work, none of the options open and when I get a notification there’s nowhere on the app that can be found, I do have it updated SMFH!
App needs a massive updae
This app rarely works. If you have an established account and try to log in. You’ll get a message “Oops! Your email or password didn’t match.” Which creates such an inconvenience because if you try to make any updates to your account i.e. change password, check if service is down, remove electronic that connected to your service etc you can’t. The web version only gives you an option to view your payment. Everything else is done via app which is user can never log into.
