Frustrating!
App is totally useless for weeks after upgrading to a new iphone. Can’t log in, claiming my id or password are invalid - the same ones I used on my previous phone. So I reset my password and try to log in again. Ok, now it says it is sending a code to my phone. The code NEVER arrives, after four or five repeat tries. After that, it locks the account.
I like this bank, but this app is a piece of junk. Centris is a small local bank — they should find a new vendor for their app.
