This app is junk it’s down every other day or for weeks on end if you go through this bank I recommend change to a new one because this bank has non stop problems

Can’t open error message

I open it and it says call for assistance I can’t call because they are closed not the first time this has happened

Never had issues before the update. Now it won’t open..

Can’t use app

When I type in my password, the app closes and I can’t get to my accounts to view them. I did not have this problem until I updated to the new version.

Less trips to the bank

I so enjoy being able to take care of my banking needs from home. Convenient and secure. Turn on those app updates so app updates occur automatically, great new feature!

issues rn

app won’t load and won’t go further than either loading after my face id scan or i’m stuck at the century bank and trust loading screen at the very beginning.

Love the website and the bank

This website makes banking easy. Also love the great service and friendly people whenever I stop in or call. You ARE the best bank around!

It has all I need!

Now with TouchID, (or Face recognition on the iPhone X), card controls, and password management it has everything I need. Love this APP!!

NEED TOUCH ID!!!! Still.....

Been waiting for a year for Touch ID. My other banking apps do it, you should too. If this gets Touch ID, I would be more than happy to give a 5 star rating.

Not happy!

I've been banking and using this app for years. I went to log in today to pay my bills and there's no option for bill pay anymore. I did all my banking on my phone. I'm so disappointed.
