App doesn’t trust device
App ask me to trust my device every time I log in. Very frustrating!

If I didn’t have my mortgage through this bank I’d leave because the app is so bad
I don’t understand why you make it so complicated to log in. Your security protocols are 10x more insane than any other big bank out there. Every time I log in it doubts my legitimacy. Idk how many times I have selected “trust this device”

It’s a good app, but there’s some bugs that need to be fixed
Overall, it’s a very good app. But I’m having issues when it’s time to pay bills you click on it and doesn’t work and I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Hopefully, this should work.
Nightmare
Worst banking app I’ve ever used. Always has login issues. then it locks me out and I have to call the bank.
Ease of Use
Website itself is easy to negotiate and straightforward. At times the authentication requirements are a hassle. Understand that it is the world we live in today. Otherwise satisfied with the app.

Not bad, wish it supported Apple Pay better, you have to have the bank link your specific account in stuff. App is alright.
