App is trash. You still have to use a password even if you enrolled in face recognition
Won’t recognize login details, difficult to navigate
No real Face ID support, and will not recognize login details. Keeps saying invalid credentials, despite quadruple checking and resetting.
Could be better
Sure wish there was a way to dispute a transaction in the app.
Needs Serious Work!
Constantly having to reestablish Face ID settings and create pin. It’s annoying and time consuming! This app appears to not have been ready to launch. Get your stuff together century first!
Constant reset
The app is good, when you can get into it. I am constantly getting a failure on facial recognition. I set it up, in definite then in about 5 days or so it’s no longer active. I have to log back in using username and password to reset it. Then it happens again. Constant failure, and it is such a pain to have to reset every time. The new app needs work. What’s the point if it doesn’t work. I reset it today and now I’m getting an error.
