Login problem in new device
I bought a new device and now i am unable to login in new device 👎👎even I using OTP.Is this my fault to have multiple device. Faculty is Good 👍but Very very bad experience in login. Please debug this problem 👏

worst app ever. it does not even bother to consider that the user might change devices at their convenience. atleast 2 devices should be allowed in the login scenario. i cant even switch between my tablet and phone

Concerning ceramic academy application
This application/software is amazing and fantastic for learning but there are have both positive and negative aspects in every thing and the Chances of reforms make them more navigable easier.
So my humble request to our technical team that, initiate the feature about offline pdf/notes reading, because it requires Internet data and Wi-Fi for access our application.

There’s a glitch in the Ceramic Academy app.
I logged out of the app on my phone because I wanted to log in on my iPad, but the app is denying access.
Now, when I try to log back in on my phone, it shows the same message: “You are logged in on another device, please use that device.”
I’m unable to access my account.
Please help.

I’m facing continuous login issues with this app. Even after entering the correct credentials, it either doesn’t log in or keeps loading endlessly. Please fix this problem as soon as possible — it’s very frustrating and makes the app unusable.”
