QR code didn’t work when I went to collect my gown and have my photo done. Lady from the company said that the QR codes crash her device and she used the text message code which worked fine.

Great idea but the app doesn’t work. When I log in using the credentials I used to log into the website and order tickets, the app just says ‘No graduation tickets’.
Thankfully they’re showing up on the E&R website so hopefully I’ll be able to attend my own graduation :-(

Won’t even show tickets that have already been purchased. sincerely, disappointed.
