The app doesn’t work…
It’s just been showing a loading screen for the last 20 minutes. Tried closing and reopening, tried logging out and back in… super disappointing.
Okay, but not great
We used this app for a June 2023 wedding. It is a nice idea but definitely has flaws. The biggest is that the video recording feature doesn't work consistently and if you record through the app and it flakes (like it did during our ceremony), there's no other saved recording on your phone so that video is just gone. It also doesn't let you record more than a minute at a time but nowhere does it say that. Many people got photo upload errors that seemed out of the blue. It also kept notifying guests and even me (the bride), that I was "missing out" on my event. In fact a friend just texted me that she just got that "missing out" Ceremony notification about our wedding...two months after it ended. Would much rather spend a bit more for a more functional app for such a big day.

Camera not work
Great app, but can’t get the camera to work.
Super easy to use!!
I mainly am using this app too keep everyone updated for a hand fasting ceremony for next year. I do like that you can have more than one event going. Also best part it’s free!!
Couldn’t even use it to rate it.
Download, tried to create an event when I select the date the app crashes. Useless!

Awesome!
So, so fun!!! This app made it so easy for us to enjoy our wedding weekend photos and not feel like we had to be the ones taking all the pics! Very user friendly and easy! Our friends captured so many amazing moments and things that even our professional photographer didn’t get.
Must have wedding app
We used Ceremony for our recent wedding and not only did we love it, but our guests did too! We captured so many moments that we would have never seen otherwise. Incredibly easy to use and we loved getting all the high res images and video after the event!
Great for family.
I use it at every family get together!
Cannot view pictures
The concept is great and the company is super helpful! I had to contact them through Facebook and they spent all morning communicating with me to fix the problem. Make sure you put an explanation for friends to upload on a strong wifi connection!
Great Potential
The good
- I like the idea and had hoped this might prove to be a good existing app for me to use for a couple upcoming events.
- the upgrade prices seem reasonable for unlocking full access to high resolution photos and custom event codes
- mostly simply ui
- no ads cluttering up the ui!
Suggestions
- could not figure out how to zoom in the app's camera making it not an option
- uploading existing photos is good and needed but appears to only allow one at a time in order to ask for captions, etc. although nice the first goal for an event is to get the photos/videos. Additional stuff is definitely secondary
- I was surprised the cell data upload defaulted to ON, but maybe that's just me
- no built in app way to submit a review
- experienced a couple of bugs trying to delete photos, or maybe it had created duplicates for some reason

Simple. Elegant. Great.
Having had family events with multiple generations attending, it's always hard to get everyone to share the photos they took. After we got everyone using the app with our 'code', everything just fell in place. Probably great for weddings, but I'd say it's great for any event.
Easy to share , but remain private
I would have loved this app while at yoga teacher training, sharing photos this easily, but keeping it private. This app is great to use for any event.

What a great idea and excellent execution, I love this app! Everyone's photos uploaded in real time and it's private?! Brilliant. And the prints are gorgeous, they look like they were taken with a real camera. Wow.
Good for any event
I have been wanting a way for people to share photos during an event for a long time. I haven't seen any other solution that is this seamless and easy to get started. Choose the event and start taking pictures. It's that easy.
The best of the best
Beautiful app, easy to use and a perfect way to keep photos forever (without risking them disappearing from your phone). Highly recommend for weddings and any other special event.
How did I get married without this?!
I am seriously considering having a repeat wedding so I can use Ceremony. I HATED having to ask my guests to post pictures on Facebook and Instagram and use cheesy 'wedding hashtag' but wanted to see our wedding through the eyes of our guests! I've used this app for small dinner parties and larger house parties too. It's SO easy and user friendly. I'm hooked!
