Can’t get logged in
I have tried constantly to get logged in. I’ve even tried to set up a new account and still says the same error message. I’ve entered several different emails and I don’t get anything to reset a password or to even be able to start a new account.
Almost no functionality
I am unable to find pharmacies in my area or compare prices. I can't see any of my information, either.
And the search bar never goes away- terrible UX. The website is almost as bad. I would give 0 stars if I could.

So so much is wrong
You can’t effectively search for a pharmacy. I added one on the desktop site, but it didn’t save on the app. You can’t add your own meds. The med search is a mess. You can’t order anything. Other than saving my personal info, i’m not sure what this app does
One of the worst apps ever. doesn’t even work properly.
Finally was able to login after hours of frustration. App is virtually useless. It sort of shows what you’ve had filled before. It does not show their formulary whatsoever. useless. How can this company claim to have an app when their app is mini years old and barely functional? False advertising
Med look up
Every time I look for medication information it says none found. It’s so frustrating
Problem registering account
Trying to register my account and it popping up a message saying “activation Fail” tried 5 times every time gives the same message, very frustrating!
App is trash
Everytime I put in my information to get registered for the account and go to verify all my information, it says failed!
