About

Practice for the FAA Part 107 remote pilot knowledge test with explanations and sources you can check. Start with the FAA’s 46 published sample questions, free and labelled as the FAA’s own. Answers and explanations are by Certbound. See your result and the topics to review. Two Certbound questions in each of the five areas are also free. Lifetime · Part 107 unlocks: • 697 questions mapped to 176 FAA-S-ACS-10B knowledge codes: 528 text and 169 figure questions • 60 questions using dated sectional-chart, legend and Chart Supplement crops, alongside the retained testing-supplement questions • 60-question, 2-hour mock exams, with current PSI topic weights, a 70% reference line and review before submitting • ACS-code lookup and targeted practice from the codes on your knowledge-test report • A guess mark that keeps uncertain answers in review without changing your score • A teaching METAR/TAF decoder, recurrent-topic practice and a link to the FAA’s free recurrent course • Private question notes • Progress by area, missed questions, bookmarks and optional local exam feedback One payment, no expiry or renewal. Every future update to the Part 107 bank is included while this listing is on sale. Other exams are sold separately. No account. Study records stay on your device. Export them as JSON free, or use Delete everything with confirmation. The app sends usage data, crash reports and scores. Notes, question text, typed codes and weather text are never sent. Each question has an explanation and supporting sources from public-domain US government material. Certbound’s chart readings are labelled separately from government quotations. Open a source or report a question from the app. Dated charts are study material, not navigation data. The decoder is not live weather or a flight briefing. Recurrent practice does not complete FAA training. These questions do not cover every current exam image, and mock scores do not predict a pass. Certbound is not affiliated with the FAA or any government agency. It is practice, not the test.

What's New in Certbound

1.2.0

October 27, 2026

Adds 60 questions on dated sectional chart, legend and Chart Supplement crops, plus updated ACS mappings and explanations. Enter the ACS codes from your test report to practice only those topics. Mark guesses for review, keep private notes on questions, decode example METAR and TAF reports, and practice recurrent topics. Pick a light or dark theme in Settings, or let it follow your phone. After a mock exam you can share your score as a square or story image. The home screen, mock review and paywall are easier to read. If reminders fail to clear after you delete your data, the app tells you and lets you retry. The app now sends usage data and reports crashes and slow screens; the privacy policy lists what it sends. Not affiliated with the FAA.
