You sent me an email to use bill pay then when I try to use it you tell me my email is invalid! I think it is your banking system that is invalid

This place is the rudest place I have ever dealt with. Period. The BMV and the iOS combined have a friendly and more cultural attitude to the customers.

I love the new system and the ease still keeping the small town performance and care. Thanks!
New layout
Trying to get used to the new layout. Taking me a little bit but getting there. Like having this access at my fingertips. I’m sure it was done so our information is more protected. So I’m always good with that.
Terrible Update
This new update is terrible. Way too messy, hard to navigate. For someone who uses this app just to check balances and statements, debt to income graphs (which were stupidly removed in the update), it’s no longer user friendly at all. Whoever made this decision needs fired.
Going Backwards
The previous layout was way easier to navigate than the newer one. Especially with paying off credit cards. It should tell me directly how much I owe instead of having to look for it.
Customer service
The CES tellers and other professionals are always so friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate them.
