One of the a worst apps.
Es una de las aplicaciones más basuras que tengo descargadas. Constantemente tendrás problemas para acceder a tu cuenta, el bot del servicio al cliente no sabe contestar preguntas básicas cómo proveer información de contactos. Adicional, no puede hacer mucho en ella. La seguridad es pésima. En fin, la única razón por la cual la tengo descargada es pq es la única.

Licencia de vehículo
En estas nuevas versiones de la aplicación están utilizando un código QR para obtener la licencia de forma digital. Existen dos problemas con esto. Número uno, necesitas dos dispositivos para poder obtener la licencia, número dos el código QR presenta error y no se encuentra una dirección válida. Por último, es más fácil para el usuario, a haber dejado un botón para poder bajar la licencia. La tecnología existe para facilitar la vida no para complicarla.

Good but too frequent updates. La aplicación es buena, pero actualizan demasiado frecuente.
Esta aplicación es muy buena, y representa un adelanto significativo para los servicios que provee el gobierno. No obstante, aunque útil la aplicación, recibe demasiadas actualizaciones con mucha frecuencia. Esto lo que crea es que cada vez que se va a utilizar la aplicación o obligatoriamente, hay que bajar una versión nueva. Restando utilidad a la aplicación.

Not working
After an update today the app does not login with face or pin. I tried the “forgot pin” link and it did not work. Please fix.
Actualizar cada semana
Tiene un chiste con estar actualizando la aplicación cada semana para que asi no te enteres de las multas que tengas si no estas encima del celular.
Can’t make appointments
It’s been months since I downloaded this app and I still cannot make any appointments through it.

Y la aplicación no me deja pasar puesto que necesito conocer mi estatus en la aplicación se queda en que haga un pago y no sé cómo borrar ese error

It has all the needed features
This is one of the best working apps to deal with renewing car license, purchasing used cars, paying traffic tickets.
Only caveat for title transfer you get a receipt that specifies you need to bring the original signed title and evidence that the marbete is current. This info is reflected on the system but could not complete transfer because I had a copy of the license not the original. This is not an App issue but it is a CESCO personnel issue. Traffic tickets are easily payed through the app. Appointments seem to be issued faster for the random selection rather when attempting a manual request. But random may conflict with other scheduled events.

CESCO update
A total failure. After the update I can’t access my account. I write my license number to get another option and it gives an error. Should have left the app as it was 😒

Aún no te permite quitar gravamen desde la app, como habían dicho que harían.
