Bill Pay is the worst
Having experience with multiple banking bill pay and report generating applications associated with a banking account, I give CES zero stars. 1. Bill pay transactions have an extraordinarily long window of completion. Other banking bill pay apps expedite electronic bill pay transactions, the same day.
Incompatibility with Safari has improved, yet is still not seamless. To require a change in pop up blocking and drop security fire walls in order to use bill pay, and then reset security features in safari browser when finished with bill pay, is one of many reasons we will be using another banking institution in the near future.

Professional courteous employees! Good online banking- only improvement needed is remote (picture) deposit of checks, for those members that do not live or work near a branch.

Good app just need finger id to work
I’ve used this app for awhile it works great except for the finger id. Since the last big update for the app the finger id will not register it automatically switches off when you try to turn it in. I’m really tired of typing in my password. I’ll update this once the app allows me to use the fingerprint again. It’s been about over a year or so now.

I love CES and the app, just hope they add mobile deposit one of these days. Only reason for the four star rating. Other than that, great app.

Banking Made Easy
CES online banking has changed the way I do my banking, mostly from my phone. Anywhere, anytime, I can do transactions and check my accounts. Great AP.

In today’s era, ALL banks should have the capabilities of being able to make mobile deposits and ZELLE!

This app works out great for me. I like to be able to manage funds and move from account to account easily. Once you add the ability to make mobile deposits, you can have the fifth star. Otherwise, love it!!

Losing its convenience-FIXED!
I’m updating this review because the problem on my iPhone was with Apple. There was a bug that kept shutting off my bio settings and an IOS upgrade fixed it. I use this app daily and highly recommend it.
(Dec 4) “on my iphone app, the bio settings have arbitrarily shut off twice in 2 days and once 2 weeks ago. The convenience of quick balance while I’m at a store or to monitor for fraud during this busy shopping season is completely destroyed. It is easier to log in to the website because my login info is saved. Please fix the app or I’ll stop using it.”
