I love shopping with CEY Boutique and Ms. E. Great prices and many discounts. Most important is that it’s a place to come and meet and greet other people who you find are just like your self. While shopping you may receive tips on hair care, body care, makeup, recipes for dinner, etc. and sometimes spiritual uplifting. Any way I’m single and when I come home from work it makes my day to come home and sit with the CEY family and laugh whether I’m shopping or not.
