Signed in using my account and wouldn’t even show my courses. Worked fine on my laptop browser but this app does not work for iPad devices

Please use 0.01% of the revenue you generate from exam fees and add-ons towards a complete makeover of this sorry state app. So frustrating to use this garbage that never opens, logs you off every-time, doesn’t sync progress across devices, terrible UI.
Very difficult to login, just goes to website
The login box keeps disappearing before you can finish the process. I’d expect better from the CFA Institute tbh

The app sometimes have trouble login. No matter how many times you try, it does not allow you to login. Some questions missing exhibits in app.
Shockingly poor
The app simply doesn’t work! I struggle to get through the login page. Watermelon Express who built this app really need to fix these absolutely BASIC issues.

Repeated login prompt bug not fixed.
The app has a one star review because it’s terrible. A bug prevents users from logging in and the developers released a new version that’s supposed to have fixed that, but didn’t.
App doesn’t work
After downloading, the app does not allow me to login. The login prompts close before I can enter my information. This persisted even after deleting and redownloading the app. Please fix.

Doesn’t sync properly
I did about 100 questions, and clicked Sync now a few times, when I logged in again the progress was not saved at all, it’s so frustrating, I’m trying track progresses, now I have to redo the 100 questions, but it won’t reflect my actual accuracy because I already read the answers, this is soooooo frustrating, as a learning app, isn’t that the most basic function to offer?

Unusable
Bugs so bad that I can’t even reach to log in screen. Considering the cost of the CFA programme I would expect the app to be at lease useable.
Terrible
Terrible app, extremely buggy and sometimes just refuses to let you log in at all. A lot of the capabilities you have on the website (highlighting, bookmarking, etc) are not available on this when you do manage to log in.
