I can’t do anything with the app nothing works

Doesn’t work.

I logged in with my correct sign in. I clicked on transactions and it has a block for campaign year. However, it will not let you put anything in, it just seems frozen. I tried several times and no luck. Frustrating.

Seems like the app is not connected to my account

I *think* I'm logged in, but cannot view donation history and/or replicate past donations. Nothing on the page says "welcome, you!" or anything like that. I can search for individual charities and seems like I could donate, but with my uncertainty if I'm really logged in or not, I'm not following through on that.

Difficult to use

I was able to find a charity I wanted to support, but I don’t see any details about the percentage of donations used for management. Also, I don’t see how to set up a reoccurring donation. Definitely recommend going straight to the website and avoid wasting your time on here.

Thank you for letting us know what is not working for you. The CFC Giving app was designed to support specific charity events and fundraisers which is why you experienced the issue reported. Please look for the new updates being rolled out for the 2021 campaign that now include full pledging functionality that will provide you the same experience as online, in addition to charity events.

Worthless for me

I wanted to donate to the organization I did last year, but, as much as I looked around, I couldn’t figure out how to do that. If this is just an extension, maybe focus on making this a searching platform and link it to the website where we can do the things we need to do.

Cashless donations on-the-go!

This app is an extension of Combined Federal Campaign’s online system that can be used on the go. I was able to register and donate to various charities of my choice securely within minutes without any issues, and can rest assured that my money is going to charities that have been vetted properly.

Easy way to pledge to charity of choice through Fed’s CFC while on the move

Fed’s Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is open to employees, military, retirees and contractors. I’m a contractor and was compelled to give in honor of my father who served. The app was an easy way for me to do so. Download to account set up to searching/selecting a charity to pledging and contributing...all in 2-3 mins. Pretty easy!
