Great app for little ole us. No complaints.
Very inconsistent
I have to delete the app once a month as it logs me out and doesn't recognize me. The deposit check feature via online check photo system has never worked. This app is only good to check balances with and that's about it. Needs a lot of work.

Conveniently simple
Each of my transactions is so easy using their app and website. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.
Issues
The app will not rotate to accommodate the Landscape display of an iPad.
Repeated issues
This app doesn’t work about half the time I go to use it. Either the Face ID doesn’t work or the screen is completely blank. It’s so inconsistent that I changed my primary bank to one that has a functional app.

CFCU App
The app is the most miserable app I’ve ever used. Most times it does not like my password and I’m forced to change to be able to use it.
Because of this I have thought several time about changing banks.
Nickname in the review is just as bad as trying to sign into my account.

Terrible IT
Often need to change password as Face ID stops working and don’t have password handy. Goes down more than any other banking app I use. The system goes down. Upgrades take a week instead of hours in past. Only keep because I’ve been customer for decades and fees are low.

Having two apps is terrible. The + app is sideways on my iPad. A check wasn’t issued to my vendor Discover. I had it set up to pay off in full every month. Now when I get the bill there is $50+ in interest even though I’m paying it in full. You cost me money & I’m thinking of moving to a new bank.

I really like CFCU because any time you want your car financed or you have a banking problem they will solve your problem right away. I really recommend CFCU to other customers!
The app used to work great
I’ve had this app for years, been banking with them for years and the last year the app has decided to stop showing me my bank account and the only way for me to see how much I have in it if I do a transaction which is very frustrating.

Would help to put the decimal in a box so older people can see it
Update: Better Useless; Barely
The app continues to be a sore point in my CFCU experience. They need someone to fix the UI cause it looks like a middle school project, and only barely functions better than one.
