This app stinks
This app is so bad it’s been a good 6 months and still we can’t set it up or access anything. The old CFE APP was not any better but sometimes we were able to log in and view our bills and report outages
App is broken. Failure as of May 1 2021.

Increíble que libere CFE una app asi!
Esta aplicación sustituye CFE Contigo y aparentemente nadie ha podido acceder. (Espero que el desarrollador si!) es increíble la falta de calidad para la empresa que se auto denomina de clase mundial. Más bien esto la exhibe como de risa mundial. No hay justificación para algo así y para la manera desorganizada de suspender CFE Contigo sin tener una opción viable. Ojalá que alguien que pueda tomar decisiones en cfe meta orden a esta vergüenza de aplicación.

Como siempre, hasta en línea son unos incompetentes los de CFE. ¡MUY MALA APLICACIÓN! Ni pierdan el tiempo descargándola.

I am not being allowed to log in. How am I supposed to pay for my bills or even look at my charges??!!!! You’re prompt to disconnect services but not willing to make the payment an easy process.

Un cordial saludo , podrían ser tan amables de checar bien la página porque no me permite el acceso tengo ya más de un mes intentando y me dice que mi password o correo es incorrecto , cuando no es así , entonces por favor revisen esa app , porque es muy útil CFE contigo , gracias por su comprensión .

This app has one job and it fails at that. Forget about logging in to view your electric bill, forget being able to pay with a credit card, don’t even think about an auto-pay feature or trusting this laughable app to notify you when you bill is available. That’s what the rep who comes to disconnect your power is for. Don’t care for the app and would rather use the website? WRONG!!! You’ll be lucky to login and when you do you have the same lackluster experience as with the app. Forget e-bills, truly a horrible experience.
I will say that CFE’s electric service is very good in our part of Mexico. I just wish that their IT department would match that level of service that their electric crew work so hard to attain. Let me pay you!!!!

Dumb app, doesn’t work
Won’t let me log in so I can’t pay my bill now since I don’t get a paper bill! Stupid to change, I doesn’t work at all so I’d like to give it a 000000. How am I suppose to receive my bill now?
