Charged a fee
I was charged a fee twice because the application glitched. I have called multiple times and had to wait more than 30 minutes.
Updated and outdated
For years this app has been subpar. Now you have an update with a glitch. The verification code isn’t sent till it’s triggered twice and even after entering a verification, it can’t be submitted. The app is not modern at all. You just put the routing and account number feature. I will still need to get in the internet and log into my account to see anything.

New graphics
The new update has made the app look more modern and pleasing to the eyes. It’s nice to see the creators are starting to update the app to be more modern

App is better, but the fact that pay is not an option really makes it outdated. This generation is highly technology based. PLEASE fix asap!

Please catch up
Please update the app to catch up with the ones in last place. Even those have options beside just seeing your account. Need alerts of all types, ability to deactivate or lock a debit/credit card when there’s an issue and you don’t or cannot get rid of the one you have. Interact with someone. Even a virtual assistant will work. Also keep the firmware or others up to date so that the MFM doesn’t have issues. Need an option to change a forgotten password with several saftey features. Having to drive to the branch that’s in other states when abroad and traveling isn’t very helpful when your money is all there. You’re pretty screwed if it happens. Not being ugly but just need improvements because this will make or break a customer looking to wanna have these options. Meaning you’ll lose that business.

Used to work well, can’t even open app anymore because it instantly crashes. please fix

They are a good bank however it says it gives you the option to deposited checks through the app and it does not allow me to do so. Also I’d like it to be updated and start allowing Apple Pay and finger print/Face ID to unlock

Good but needs more options!
Good app for what they say you can do with it. However, if feels a little dated. I would like to see some very important updates including but not limited to fingerprint scan and Face ID to unlock the app at launch. Optional balance alerts and transaction notifications. A search bar for finding transactions by date, place and dollar amount. And, the ability to lock a debit card at anytime for in store, online and atm transactions. Also, please update with the ability to do Apple Pay. It’s a must nowadays.
