Guter Zugang
Nachdem ich mich mehrere Tage in der App und Homepage eines europäischen Mitbewerbers müde gesucht hatte, klappt das Finden, Buchen und Verwalten meiner Zugtickets über die CFL ganz flott. Mit Sicherheit gibt es noch viele Funktionen, die sich mir erst später erschließen- aber vielleicht benötige ich sie auch garnicht, denn das Wesentliche ist gut auffindbar, und ich finde Unterstützung so, dass sie mir hilft. Prima, ich werde zukünftig öfter über CFL buchen!

Sehr gut gemacht, braucht jedoch etwas Eingewöhnung
Zugegeben, etwas Zeit braucht es schon, die Funktionsweise zu durchschauen. Das Lernen ist jedoch sehr innovativ möglich, so dass man sich schnell anfreunden kann. Die Bedienung ist dann recht schnell und einfach möglich. Sicherlich gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten, die man noch optimieren könnte, jedoch kann man mit der App super arbeiten.

Basic feature not working
Buying a long distance international bus ticket on the app. No email confirmation and no ticket on the app… but the money is gone…

Easy to handle, works well. No unnecessary extras.
Bad design, basics don’t work
You need to type your name and email address every time you buy a ticket. In addition, the app doesn’t communicate properly with LuxTrustMobile: I had to accept the transaction three times without getting a purchase confirmed by the CFL app.
