How to enter a 401(k)
Some reviewers are asking for a 401(k) entry. As discussed in the manual, you can enter these on the ATI line. While they are different things, the effect is exactly the same. A separate line would be great, but you don’t have to wait for that.
Emailing the report doesn’t work
Also please add a lime for 401k or other non mandatory retirement contributions. All other features work fine. Long phone tech support hold lines. Not clear if they have email or other support channel for individual users that buy in app tax year subscription.

Good at Court
I like it! Don’t know what others are talking about because have not experienced problems. also, I like the way the printer function can convert the printout into pdf so the printout all agree upon may be quickly emailed to client, OC, etc. On another note: No astounding news, but WE NEED new tax law update, or alternatively, a flagged reassurance that an update is not necessary yet so we may advise our clients!

Update issue
When attempting 2016 update app can't find App Store and no way to update to 2016 at App Store.
Won't open
The app won't open at all. I'm running an older os on my iPad. I wonder if that's why. Would love to try to use this app.
The App Crashes
After the update to the latest version, the App opens then it shuts down! We tried calling the support desk, they said they would call within 24 hours, that was 5 days ago and we are still waiting on a call.
Could be a good app
After you answer a few questions it freezes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still experiencing the same problem. Any advice?

Program opens yet is so unstable you will ever be able to run it for more than few seconds.

Tried calling tech support at West web site (where app developer tab sends you). Took forever to finally get to tech support only to speak to someone who had no idea what he was talking about. Didn't even know the update process for the iPad. Let on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up.
Tried uninstalling app and reinstalling. Still does not work right but now I have lost my 2013 tax update that I purchased. Since I cannot get to the settings area (still will not open) I can't even try to unlock the upgrade.
If I could give this app a negative star rating I would.
Until this mess is fixed, do not purchase this app. Too bad as I I really liked this app fore this last updare.

After downloading this update, I could not get the "settings" or "?" buttons to work. The links to tech support led me to other West products, not CFLR.
Will not unlock
2013 update is "locked" and cannot be unlocked.
Updates way behind & won't load
2013 tax updates not released until the July 8, 2013 update. And, that update won't download and install.
Problem with 2013 update
Just updated to the 2013 version (bought about 6-8 months ago), was working in previous version, now I can not access 2013 tax year. Now shows tax year 2013 locked and get error trying to access App Store when selecting tax year 2013. Will change rating once working.
