Poor app

The user interface is very poor. The text color against the background is very hard to read. Please fix it.

Literally unusable search

The search is white text on a grayish white background. Tell us you don’t want us to use the app without telling us.

Doesn’t help at all

Doesn’t show any CNG stations along 99 between Fresno ca and Stockton ca. text is white on white so you can’t see anything you select. Useless app, the worst.

Needs a major update!!!!

This app needs to be updated. 90% of the time when you put directions to a CFN location it sends you to the completely wrong location and your there having to figure out where the actual CFN station is at to fuel.

Why bother.

Is this app for someone’s twisted passive aggressive jolly’s?
The first impression from the nearly unreadable font/background combination is horrible and things get worse from there. Reviewers have been complaining for years and simple problems have gone in addressed.
Not a single update in four years?
Honestly, it would reflect much less negatively on CFN if you didn’t have an app at all.

Locations don’t work anymore

It was a good app now it doesn’t do anything it’s broken and I’ve told them they won’t do anything

Get your act together

Crappy app, or CFN is just a trash company more than likely. Always takes you to a non CFN gas station. Waste more money than I save using CFN by using this crappy app. Don’t even bother

Nearly Unusable

Insane font colors make it so I can’t read the text. It’s white on a white background. I’m not sure it’s updated correctly or kept current. No update in two years.

Nearly useless

The fonts are unreadable. The search function is hard to navigate. You are better off using the website but that’s also hard to deal with. 2 years without any update shows how much they care. Awful.

Horrible

Tried this app to find a location but can’t read much the writing is a horrible color that doesn’t show up. No option to use google maps on iPhone instead of Apple Maps. It has a location that I was at listed as cfn but it’s not taking cfn cards. Your app feels like a gimmick to say you have a tool that others like pilot have but you don’t have any support for it

Super inaccurate fuel finder

Super inaccurate fuel station finder. When you do get to the fuel station, half the time it either doesn’t work or accept a CFN card!

Can’t read anything

Just downloaded the app cause our gas cards are going to be CFN. However, non of the station info is legible. It’s either white on light gray or black on black. Can’t find a way to change the font colors for the app.

Incorrect locations

I used the app today and it took me to a storage unit business, I accidentally found a CFN station a 1/2 mile away plus all the font in the app turned white so it was difficult to read

App does not work

This has got to be one of the worse apps around. Downloaded app, and it will not load. And, since this is one of many issues with the app, it’s pretty apparent CFN doesn’t care.

Can’t See Anything

Why would you have white text on white background?!?!! Please fix this!

Locator Does Not Work

95% of the time the locator won’t work and tells me there are 0 locations near me. Even when I’m at a location I know, it tells me there are 0. A location finder shouldn’t be this hard, especially when there are only specific locations you can utilize.

Use? Garbage. Customer service? Flaming garbage.

I have a client that I drive for that sends we out on a three week job each year. They use the CFN fleetwide card and the ridiculous app that goes along with it. The app is about the worst one I’ve ever used and lists stations that no longer except the card. You would think they would have a phone number or an email address to send CFN updates when you find a dead station right? Oh heck no. Good luck getting one of their rude and poorly trained knuckleheads on the phone if you ever have a problem by the way. And by the way, in order to fuel up my big rig, their app has sent me to some super sketchy gas stations. What a mess. Wish I could give them a -20 star score.

App crashes

Crashes every time I try and open it

Needs Dark Mode

The app is really really helpful, but with CFN now wanting to charge $5 for a booklet of sites, this app really really needs to get updated to not completely black out have the window when it pulls up site information. As with the current “top” review, getting feedback from users to then get the station operator to verify site information would be very helpful.

User Experience for the Uninitiated

OK, so I am new to commercial truck driving, and I am new to CFN. I downloaded the CFN app today, and wow, what a frustrating experience. First, I didn’t know I could use my CFN card at a consumer gas station. But, imagine my annoyance when I click on a CFN logo, obtain directions, and arrive at a location I am not expecting. Why am I being taken to a station that has a roof? No! Or, show me a Chevron, or a Texaco logo, and explain to me they can take a CFN card! Next, I need to be able to select fuel type in the app. My truck can only operate on diesel #2. Again, imagine my frustration when I select a station in the app, obtain directions, and arrive only to discover that the fuel offered is B5! Agh! Hire a user experience researcher and get this app right!
