Doesn't work
Don't bother downloading- it does not perform correctly. Clicking the help link took me to YouTube clips for DMV. This app should probably be removed from the App Store since it is not supported anymore.
Disappointing
This app isn't formatted for the iPad, the questions have a ton of typos, and the flash cards do not work. Very disappointing. Would love my $9.99 back.
Practice for test
Easy to use, great content. The questions are fair + challenging. The explanations following each question are great too.

Uh.......I can't see the choices. No matter what I choose in the flash card section. That was the reason for me downloading it. How did this get out of beta? Make sure it works before putting it up on iTunes. Good potential, just bad execution.

Do not buy. It doesn't work and there is no support to fix the problems.
