Scummy app - very Chadstone
Unnecessary permissions to access a map. Proper maps removed from centre so that you need the app to navigate. Paying customers forced to give up their personal information - Bluetooth, tracking data, health?! Not allowed to even view a map without allowing these unnecessary permissions. An obvious and shameless data harvesting exercise, a demonstration of your contempt for your customers. To top it all off it’s a straight up rubbish map with a terrible UI. Exploitative and classless, just like the shopping centre built on aspirational debt. Gross.

Somethings wrong with paying for your digital gift card, doesnt work
Unnecessarily pushy
Forcing your app on people just to buy a digital gift card is a new level of data harvesting. Your app might be brilliant, however it doesn’t make up for the fact it’s being forced on your potential customers. Give me a real reason to download and sign up, not just because your digital cards are gate kept behind a login wall.

Creepy app.
App wants permission to monitor your precise location and see all of your health and fitness data.
And when you search for a store it only wants to show you the route but not simply highlight the store on a map.

A joke
This app is a joke. It’s unable to direct you to any store. It merely tells you eg that Kmart is on the lower ground floor. What good is that???

Window doesn't fit buttons in
Why have this available for Mac computers when it doesn't allow you to reach the "Next" buttons at the bottom of each section. Trying to buy a gift card. So stupid.
The map doesn’t work
Hi, I downloaded this app for the map functionality but it doesn’t work. I chose the destination store and then tried to type multiple stores as my current location but the app stayed blank. I tried longines and converse and country road all failed. Please fix urgently otherwise I’ll remain lost. Thanks

Very slow navigation
In a shop centre as big and complex as Chadstone, navigation is a killer feature. But this app is soooo SLOW to come back with the map and pathway it feels broken!
Average app and experience
The gift voucher system doesn’t work, I tried via card, Apple Pay, restarted phone and contacted payment company, pretty average experience overall as couldn’t close app or confirm payments going thru

Love the updates on this app. Super easy to use and navigate. I love the option of getting directions from store to store - so helpful and easy instructions to follow. 10/10!
Amazing upgrade
The layout and design of the app was so easy to use and it has all the info I needed. They have really thought of everything to help you shop and have the best experience at chadstone shopping centre!
