System asks the same questions twice. Can’t work out names on scanned documents. Needs a rewrite!!!

Would be great if it was updated when things progressed. As it stands, it’s pointless apart from the initial document stage.

Really poor service. Unhelpful. Pointless app as they don’t read anything or reply to communication. Takes weeks to do a simple task.

Good idea, poor execution. Needs an update. The timeline is very confusing. All the stages are present and it seems to suggest that everything is complete however I’m just starting with the app.
If you are going to force people to use the app for conveyancing then you need the app to be slicker and follow up on the one star reviews to address the issues.

Provides incomplete information. Response from support team is super slow. Overall very unsatisfactory experience.

Not sure who wrote this app, but it’s horrendous when it comes to the actual “doing things” part, such as taking a scan of your passport etc.
It crashes when you try to scan your passport and thus is completely useless.
Going back to the old way of emailing etc.

Docs didn’t reach lawyer via app
Not impressed by the app at all after waiting 6 weeks to hear from my lawyer only to find out that they hadn’t received anything I submitted via the app. Not the individual lawyer’s fault but the tech has really let me down.
