I’m a new student and the app won’t even let me login it’s been hours and it keeps on saying something it wrong with its cookies and won’t let me sign in

I don’t understand how a community college, the size of Chaffey, with the money it has, cannot develop an app that actually works! What a shame that mobile users can’t login through a browser or app, and are forced to use an actual computer to find something so simple, a personal class schedule. It’s unacceptable that this has gone on, not as a glitch, but for many years! Perhaps it’s time to hire developers from other community colleges, that have successful sites, which actually are useful in providing students with what they need.

They need a negative sign for the ratings
This app has been bad since its inception. I left school for five years and it’s actually worse! The desktop site is awesome but the app isn’t worth the headache. Just use the Chrome browser on your phone to conduct your Chaffey business.
Terrible App. Nothing Works.
I can’t access MyChaffeyPortal from my laptop for whatever reason, so I tried this app. Quickly hit a dead end. It’s extremely frustrating when your college can’t seem to fix their own website to make it accessible for their students. It’s actually quite embarrassing.
Super Slow
Super slow also never lets me log in. Wish they can update the app or make it easier for students to access. Used to work really good was able to register for classes and more but now it acts as if it’s a dead app.
Doesn’t Work, Looks Awful
Like all the other reviewers it also wouldn’t open. It looks and feels no different than the website. A phone app should be designed to look good on a phone.

Nothing works, nor loads, and you cannot log in. Poor layout also. You should have my boyfriend recreate this mobile app lol.

Needs an update
This app keeps telling me that I am ineligible to register but when I am online my registration is fine.

It’s impossible to sign in and different network connections didn’t help with the “poor network connection” error. The app shouldn’t be advertised on the website if the app itself hasn’t received real support for 7 months.

I used to like this app but I have trouble logging in and it’s getting annoying, they need to fix the app I tried to have hope with this app but it just not working i would give it zero stars rn
I signed in
It let me sign in so 🤷🏼♀️ I just wouldn’t recommend big stuff like registering for classes and stuff, just for checking course work and stuff
Signing into the app is completely broken
The app used to work well from prior updates but now when you log in to try to see your grades it won’t work. The only thing that works is going on the mychaffeyview tab, but there’s no point of the app when you can just open some web browser to see your mychaffeyview. This definitely needs some fixing.

I thought it would be easier to register for my classes on here, but it didn’t even let me sign in to begin with

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Never once had this application let me log on, it has been trying to sign me in for over 5 minutes now. I do not recommend this application. I can’t even comment on the rest of the application because I can’t get past the sign in page. The app overall looks good but I cannot give more than a star until the log in issue is resolved.

This app needs an entire redesign. A brand new UI, compatibility with all iOS devices (iPhone X). I can provide an illustration for free but PLEASE update this....

This app is faulty af .. keeps saying poor connection even when I'm on wifi
AWFUL
Literally does not work. Like at all. It keeps saying bad internet connection no matter where I go and won't sign me in. Waste of time to download and try to get it to work.
