I have won some money and I keep trying to redeem it have made it all the way to just verifying my selfie and it “gets stuck” and I can’t continue. I cannot reach anyone on this matter because there’s no Contact Us on my game idk … Use at your own risk .
Non Responsive Customer Service
I have won quite a bit on this game which makes it among my favorites but lately things have been questionable. It’s taking much longer for payouts compared to when I first started playing and the straw that broke the camels back and why I would recommend deleting this app is the Buy In feature. I usually play a couple hundred dollars worth on paydays and one feature they have is Make Up, on the Buy In feature which allows you to get a portion of your funds back after a week of playing. I uploaded a screenshot to show in 2 days I loaded well over 10 times, sometimes $50 sometimes $5 but I never got the rebate that I was supposed to get, I contacted customer service and submitted a screen shot to show I made well over the amount of deposits to catch up for the week and they sent the generic reply that someone would get back to me. Not only did no one reply, now a new week has started and the money that was due to me is not showing anymore. Prowess Spins is a much better app and they pay within a couple of hours.
Update I had another bad experience with Customer Support which does not do their research, they tried to say I already received my reward but I advised them If they check their records, I was made to wait a week to get what I knew was due to me for playing daily and making purchases. I will be making a Tik Tok and Youtube video showing all the interactions, what their offer says how it offers opportunities for you to make up deposits and how they don’t care once they have your money. There are some really good apps out there for gambling like Prowess Spin and Mystic Solitaire and they both offer the shooter fane that attracted me to this application so I am deleting it and
would urge others to do the same.

No Paypal Redemption?
I have been really enjoying this app for several months now. I have won quite a bit of money and had no issues at all redeeming my winnings to my PayPal account. But now, within the past week, the option to use PayPal to redeem has been removed! My only option is to redeem directly into my bank account. That’s doable, but I would much prefer to use PayPal. When I asked the in-game Customer Service about it, they said that I had reached my “daily limit” of PayPal redemptions.
