My buddy has a cardo and I have the shockwave. His can’t ever connect to mine with this.
I’ve been testing this app since the day it was released
I’ve been testing this app since the first day and I can say in 2024 this app is great. I use it in a large group ride, the riders never heard of this app until I introduced it to them and they love it! There is no other app like it. I use this app with my cardo edge and it works flawlessly. Don’t be afraid of trying it out. Give it a shot everyone.

Works for IPhone 13
Sorry it works just fine for the group of friends I have who have Iphones. Could not get Android users to join ride comms. Hate to say it but works for IPhone not for Android. Hoping they fix it works so easily and clear even with background noise. I love it.
Music sharing and sound
It’s a shame for a so beautiful product and helmet , to have so many problems.
Please try to correct the sound of the music when working with the chain apps.
And make it possible to have both working together music and intercom on Bluetooth.

Audio quality is absolutely embarrassing
The devs need to just backend Discord functionality. The VoIP service is pathetic for this.

Easy to set up and works as advertised
Good for what it does. It offers you way to communicate with your ride group irrespective of the brand of their comms.
Would like to see the ability to listen to music on my default music app while remaining connected to my group. Not sure if that’s possible but that would be an excellent feature.

I keep trying to log in yet the app keeps giving me an error " cant read the data because its in the wrong format" so I cant sign up nor log in

Says this format can’t be accepted and I’ve tried it every way possible including the way it says it accepts the password. Junk

Bought this as its universal to use intercom but won’t even allow me to login .
Disappointed
My husband, myself and our riding buddy all got ruroc shockwave’s for Christmas this year. We finally got to take our first moto trip of the season last weekend and we’re so excited to use our new helmets/shockwaves. But the app wouldn’t even allow us to log in. The app has yet to be fixed and won’t even allow for an official report to be placed on their website. We had to revert to hand signals for communication during the ride. 0/10 will buy again or recommend to a friend.

Great idea poor delivery Iam afraid, constantly drops connection often fails to reconnect and when it does finally connect there are huge delays that make any sort of conversation impossible

Fix login issue
I can’t even login to the app. I’ve reset my password twice and when I go to login, it says my username or password doesn’t match. I’m using the password app to make sure everything is identical and tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still nothing. Please fix so I can still communicate with my friends that don’t have a Shockwave

Doesn’t work
Can’t even login or create an account… app just glitches the whole time and gives validation errors when trying to create an account with no way of troubleshooting.
